About Us

SBCC was founded in January of 2021.  Through various community issues, we realized that the people in the community have no voice.  Most of the community members are working class, small shopkeepers, and immigrants.

In dealing with these issues, we see the need for an organization that can bridge the gap between the Elected Officials and the people.  Therefore, we became an advocate and a link so that the Elected officials can hear the voices of their constituents, and thus open dialogues and communications.  We hope to bring more awareness of issues that concerns the people of this community, and be a regular channel that connects the community and their EOs.
